To the fullest extent permitted by law, socialhousing.ai, its operators and contributors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or its tools, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of tool outputs, regulatory or compliance outcomes, financial loss arising from use of modelling tools, errors in AI-generated document summaries, or interruption or unavailability of the service.

Intellectual property

The content, tools, design and code published on socialhousing.ai are the intellectual property of its operators. You may use the tools freely for your own operational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercialise any part of this site without written permission.

Third-party services

This site links to and integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude API), Netlify and Ghost. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use socialhousing.ai to attempt to disrupt or damage the site or its hosting infrastructure, scrape or reproduce content at scale for commercial purposes, or use the Blinks tool to process documents containing sensitive personal data belonging to third parties without appropriate authority to do so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
