What data we collect

We do not collect, store or process:
- Names, email addresses or any contact information
- Account registration or login data — there is no login on this site
- Any data entered into the tools hub — all calculations run locally in your browser and are never transmitted to us
- Payment information of any kind
Analytics — Ghost (aggregate only)
The blog at socialhousing.ai uses Ghost's built-in analytics. Ghost analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate information only — page view counts and referral sources — which cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
Hosting — Netlify
The tools hub is hosted on Netlify. Like all web hosting providers, Netlify's servers automatically record standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This data is retained by Netlify in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not access or process this data.
Blinks® — AI document summarisation tool
The Blinks tool allows users to summarise documents using the Anthropic Claude API. To use this tool, users must supply their own Anthropic API key. Any document content processed by Blinks is sent directly from the user's browser to Anthropic's API — it does not pass through socialhousing.ai's servers, and we never see, store or process it. Use of the Blinks tool is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy.
Cookies
socialhousing.ai does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for full details.
